What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your account on our website and click on "Order History." If you don't have an account, you can check the tracking number provided in your email.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope! In fact, it's completely free and comes with the added bonus of enrolling you in our rewards program. By signing up, you'll automatically earn 125 points, and for every dollar you spend, you'll earn 5 reward points. My order was declined
If your order is declined, it may be due to a problem with the transaction that could potentially be fraud. We take our customers' security very seriously and may decline orders to protect against fraudulent activity. If this happens, please check that your payment information is correct and up-to-date. How fast is shipping?
Shipping times may vary depending on the item you've ordered and the shipping destination. To determine shipping costs, simply proceed to checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the items in your cart and the destination address.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and International.
I only got half of my order?
Please note that depending on the products you order, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers and shipped separately. For example, all shirts are fulfilled by the same supplier, but hats, koozies, and other items may be fulfilled by different suppliers. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays or shipping information for each item. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or its shipping status, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
Why is shipping so high?
If you order multiple products from different suppliers, each item may have its own shipping rate. This is because different suppliers may have different shipping policies and rates. As our brand continues to expand, we're working on moving all of our products in-house to streamline the ordering and shipping process.

Absolutely! We love seeing people representing our brand and showing off their passion for dirt biking. Feel free to get creative and go crazy with our logos and designs. In fact, you can even find our logos on DeCal Works and Backyard Design products, so you can add them to your own gear or bike. Don't forget to tag us on social media so we can see your awesome creations and feature them on our page!
